Biography: Frank's parents were purists but Frank never share their beliefs. A Hogwarts Frank showed what he was truly good at. He would constantly con other students, even Slytherins. He did his best to keep his operations secret and was a petty thief after Hogwarts. During the end of the 1990's he became especially active for he knew that with Voldemort in charge he couldn't get in much trouble. After Voldemort's death Frank acted innocent in public but operated as a con-man for hire under the alias Walter Smitt. He dropped the alias after a year and began to live off of the money he had made during the Voldemort years saying the money was inheritance from a recently deceased relative.
