Do you feel like you have an exceptional knowledge of the canon spells, potions, and artifacts of the books? Are you creative and willing to lend a hand?
If so, we could use your help!
We are compiling an extensive encyclopedia on all the magic of the series to further encourage organization on the site. With over 200 spells, though, we know it will be quite time-consuming.
We need people, with the help of HP Lexicon, HP Wiki, and other online and canon resources, to help us fill out forms on each and every spell, potion, and artifact.
The forms are as follows:
For a spell
Spell name:
Incantation:
Appearance of spell: (red light, sparks, etc.)
Spell Effect:
Level of Difficulty: (on a scale of 1-9, 1 meaning a 1st year can do it, 2 is a 2nd year, and so on to 8 meaning a Hogwarts graduate with a good knowledge of magic, and 9 meaning Dumbledore could perform it)
Spell's History: (creator, if known)
For a Potion
Potion name:
Appearance of Potion:
Effect of Potion:
Level of Difficulty: (on a scale of 1-9, 1 meaning a 1st year can do it, 2 is a 2nd year, and so on to 8 meaning a Hogwarts graduate with a good knowledge of magic, and 9 meaning Dumbledore could perform it)
